Season 9 for Fortnite is heading to its week 2 and fans are looking for every minor hint or leak to formulate their strategies to complete every single challenge for the upcoming week 2. As a norm for past three seasons, Fortnite players will be able to receive a Battle Star if they manage to finish all the week 2 challenges for Season 9.
Battle Stars prove to be an easy means to boost up players tier which helps in unlocking special items and cosmetics for general use, so every Fortnite fan tries to accomplish all the weekly challenges to attain new and exciting rewards to enjoy better interactions in the game.
Still, in addition to the hidden Battle Star Epic Games also offers other rare items for completing all the weekly challenges like a special Banner which features different art and designs every time and can be utilized as the player profile icon.
But to a surprise, Epic Games is now bringing some changes to this trend as even if players at least complete two challenges for week 2 they will be directed to a loading screen but it won’t have any hint related to free banner or Battle Star as this time around a different collectible item is included to the title namely Fortbyte.
The new Fortbyte item resembles to a small chip of a computer with an extremely shiny upper layer and can only be accessed by a player after completing a certain number of challenges. For this week 2 of season 9, players will be able to access the new Neo Chasers loading screen. But this time around no clue is hidden inside the loading screen rather players will have to refer to the description of the loading screen which would help them in decoding this week’s mystery of hidden Fortbyte.
The description of the loading screen states that the two can’t be stopped and were last seen fighting at the Dino Park. To be precise, the above lines hint at the Dino Park location, which clearly indicates that this week’s hidden Fortbyte item is somewhere around the Dino Park region.
To obtain this hidden Fortbyte item, players will be required to head South towards the Paradise Palms from where they will be required to go near the Dinosaur statue where they will be able to spot the port-a-potty. Gamers will have to completely dismantle this structure to collect the Fortbyte item.
Hopefully, now Fortnite players will be able to collect this week’s unique item and easily upgrade their Battle Pass to improve on their in-game tier and avail exciting rewards and cosmetics to have enhanced in-game experience.
